Who is Jeff Shrimpton?

Business coach, entrepreneur, speaker, mentor, trainer.

I’m a business coach but I don’t coach businesses, I coach people. My approach is holistic, keeping the end goal in mind: helping you build a business that serves your life, not the other way around. Too often, the business becomes a burden because it’s not structured to work independently, and that’s where I come in.

As your business grows, the key is to shift from being involved in every task to leading strategically. I help ambitious business owners find leverage by creating systems and teams that do the heavy lifting, allowing them to focus on revenue-generating activities and long-term goals. It’s all about moving from doing the work to making things happen.

How much will this cost?

The investment for the programme is £2k plus VAT a month. This includes coaching, planning days, personal development days and masterclass training for your team; these will all be clearly explained to you before coming on board. The most important part is ensuring that your business has the capacity for this investment to yield substantial returns. I commit to taking on clients only when certain of their potential for growth and significant returns on investment.

What can I expect from you?

As your business coach, I can guide, support, and assist, but I cannot do the work for you. You, along with your team, remain the key players responsible for scoring goals. I will push, cajole, and help you, but ultimately, success relies on your efforts.

I guarantee the best service, addressing your questions and challenges with the most current and effective processes. My commitment is to assist you in becoming successful while maintaining a balanced lifestyle, prioritizing both personal values and professional success.
